I know I have not posted in a while, I will hopefully post a lot after the semester is over. However this is a quick post of a great song that my friend Hassan found. Hassan always finds great songs and I thought this one was worth sharing!

Temple of Life – For The Shackled Mind (Acoustic)
Hey Everyone, a couple of my closest friends have a band called Temple Of Life. They are a great alternative group with very interesting sounds. They have just released a free download (M4a/Mp3) for the acoustic version of “for the Shackled Mind. This song will be on their next album, which will be on iTunes. Give the song a listen and if you like it download it and spread it around. I have learned so much from the members of this band over our long friendship (17 years) and I feel they deserve great success.

So I heard this song in the end of Episode 18 (Off the Rails) of 90210 and spent two days trying to find the name of the song. Finally I found it on this website. Help a friend – Convert a file in iTunes
So another friend (Nader) just asked me how to convert a .wav file to mp3 using iTunes. This one I remember from the top of my head because it’s an easy one.
1.First you have to set the output settings that you want in the general tab in preferences(itunes menu on OS X) (Edit Menu on Windows) (click on import settings).
2.After that import the file you want into iTunes. Then right click on the file, and click Create MP3 Version, or Create AAC Version depending on the settings you selected earlier.
