So I’ve been listening to the band Temple of Life. They are a young band from Canada, that brings good music back to today’s terribly saturated industry. A couple of weeks ago they prereleased two singles from their album. One song is very upbeat and the other is darker. I really enjoy these songs, and look forward to buying the full album. I finally got my iPhone today, Here is the screen that I saw in iTunes, Since not many people in North America get to see it I thought I might share. I’m really excited for the 3gs since I got the data plan from Rogers. I will be taking full advantage of the capabilities of the phone and data plan!
Hey Everyone, a couple of my closest friends have a band called Temple Of Life. They are a great alternative group with very interesting sounds. They have just released a free download (M4a/Mp3) for the acoustic version of “for the Shackled Mind. This song will be on their next album, which will be on iTunes. Give the song a listen and if you like it download it and spread it around. I have learned so much from the members of this band over our long friendship (17 years) and I feel they deserve great success.

Today I walked into starbucks with some friends (I don’t usually go in there). Then I saw the Playing for Change Album. I instantly bought it because after seeing the video on youtube I really enjoyed it. I already ripped it and added it to my iTunes collection. The cool thing is it comes with a DVD of videos as well. So I heard this song in the end of Episode 18 (Off the Rails) of 90210 and spent two days trying to find the name of the song. Finally I found it on this website. So another friend (Nader) just asked me how to convert a .wav file to mp3 using iTunes. This one I remember from the top of my head because it’s an easy one.
1.First you have to set the output settings that you want in the general tab in preferences(itunes menu on OS X) (Edit Menu on Windows) (click on import settings).
2.After that import the file you want into iTunes. Then right click on the file, and click Create MP3 Version, or Create AAC Version depending on the settings you selected earlier.
