Hey Hadi, Guess what. I received another email confirming a refund for another application that I bought to replace DataCase and didn’t want to use it after I felt it was a waste since i Didn’t feel i purchased intentionally. So I guess the rule here is if you are honestly feeling you need a refund go ahead. However don’t go buying all applications and if you don’t like them expect a refund that’s not how it works. In this regard (Customer Support/Satisfaction) I feel Apple trumps any company.
